"Adopting just one Greyhound won't change the world, but the world will surely change for that

one Greyhound."

Mr.Cedric Trust Adoption Process

One of the joys in adopting a Greyhound Is getting to know them, most are confident and can cope with any situation, while others can be nervous and will need to be nurtured, being sight hounds they are bred to chase, because of this we do promote responsible ownership.

Greyhounds are sprinters rather than long distance runners, although some are happy to go on long walks, two twenty minute walks per day are enough to satisfy their needs, If you are considering adopting a Greyhound, you could not have chosen a better place to start your search.

Often great emphasis is placed on deciding which sex to choose, as a general rule, Bitches tend to be smaller than males, the attributes of a typical Greyhound arise from a combination of instinct and kennel life, most potential owners want a young dog, because we feel that circumstances will often dictate, that each dog/home combination is unique, we ask you to bear in mind that in some circumstances an older dog maybe more suitable, and hope you will be guided by our advise on the most appropriate dog for you.

While some dogs find the transition from kennels to home life easy, others find the process overwhelming, our aim is to find the right homes for each of our charges, in doing so we hope the greyhounds who are adopted into their forever homes, will change their family’s lives forever.
